Social Media is just the newest conduit to allow the sharing of information from consumer to brand and back again.
It is just part of the overall marketing mix and is not better or worse than any other form of marketing.

The video is insightful. Social media has been a nice addition to the marketing efforts of the companies I work with and this video makes a strong case for that seems to say "go where the people that want what you have are - social media!"

I feel a high quality new paradigm master brand will outshine social media. Social media may represent a great future product distribution opportunity but the engine that runs it will be a better value proposition of the product itself.

Its so cool to be able to connect with people who like what you are doing, and try to convert the skeptics. I love networking, sharing my ideas, enriching lives.. Much like you do David.
