This is going to be really off the deep end for some of you.
Had a Feng Shui consultant come check out both my home and office a few weeks ago. I had always thought that the bedroom as a place to rejuvenate and it was important to not have it too active because that was the kind of thing that could disturb your sleep.
In my bedroom, there is no TV, no radio, and no electric alarm clock. There is no exercise bike or computer. I've only got a bed in there, a lamp, some flowers, and a couple of candles.
That is, I only had those things.
My bedroom was too relaxed. Not enough chi moving around or something... Actually, it was more of a non-balance of energy.
Stress is a bit like this. Too much can (and does) kill you while you need a little bit to keep your body running at its peak.
Most people have too much stress, so watch that. When it comes to your music career, you may not be putting enough stress on yourself though.
Set goals, make commitments, and get something done. Don't worry about it so much that you develop a heart condition, but don't settle for spinning your wheels and not moving forward either.
