Ever seen one of those guys who stays at the same job for 20 years?
It used to be considered a sign of loyalty. Now people think that you've got nowhere to go. And there is probably some truth to that...at least for most people.
If you're not trying to improve yourself on a continuous basis, you're losing out on a lot of great opportunities. Bottom line is that the world is changing faster than ever before and you can either keep up or get passed by.
